Rockriver Frequently Asked Questions:

Have a quick question about your favorite Rockriver product and need a quick answer? You've come to the right place. We have put together a list of the most asked questions and in order to help you quickly find the information you need on your hair pomade, beard care, or bath & body products. If there's ever anything you need to know, that's not on our list please contact us and we will get back to you. Or come check out our booth at Portland Saturday Market from the first weekend of March until Christmas Eve.

General Questions:

  • Q: How long does shipping usually take?

          A: We usually ship our packages within a 2 to 5 business day window, and we ship via USPS First Class mail, or if it is fulfilled via Amazon it will use their logistics.

  • Q: How fresh is your product?

          A: That all depends on what, and where you order from. If you order from Amazon it was made no longer than a month before you received it. If you get it from us it's usually within a week or two. If you get it from one of our distributors or retailers it can be anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 months old. We are working on an efficient way to roll out expiration dates in order to insure everyone gets a fresh tin, jar, or bottle of product.

  • Q: How do I become a stockist?

          A: We have recently created a sign up sheet for all of our vendors here. Please feel free to sign up and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Q: Where can I find your products in store?

          A: We have recently created a list of all of our vendors here. Feel free to stop by ant of those locations and pick up your favorite Rockriver products. Also, if you want to find us in more locations feel free to recommend us to your barber, stylist, or favorite retail location.
